Funeral Mass will be held at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 5045 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 21, 2014. Interment will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N 48th St Phoenix.
